Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using GlossVox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Grozal (Ruime Tech). We are solely responsible for the App and its content, not Apple or Google.

1. Description of Service

GlossVox is an AI-powered input method and text processing tool designed to help users transcribe voice to text and polish written content. The Service includes both free features and premium "VIP" features available via subscription.

2. User Content and Privacy

2.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the text and audio content you input into the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your content.

2.2 Usage License

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the requested features (e.g., transcribing audio or polishing text).

2.3 Local Storage

GlossVox stores your history and personal dictionary locally on your device using industry-standard encryption. You are solely responsible for the backup of your local data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure or app uninstallation.

3. AI Disclaimer and Limitations

Important AI Acknowledgments:

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or biased.
The Service is for productivity purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
We do not guarantee that polished text will be fit for any specific legal or professional purpose.

4. Subscriptions (VIP Services)

4.1 Billing

GlossVox VIP is billed on a subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or annually). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grozal shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
